So I was at the store earlier and bought some heavy cream and tried my hand at making my own butter! Oh my goodness it was so easy and it tastes fabulous!

One pint made 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of buttermilk. WAY CHEAPER than buying organic butter. By like half.

Here are instructions, although I didn’t ‘wash’ the butter like she says to. I just drained the buttermilk, kneaded it a little with some salt and called it a night! *oops guess I should actually add the link, LOL*
